Job description

Develop and execute comprehensive financial strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectivesProvide financial insights, forecasts, and recommendations while ensuring regulatory compliance and overseeing monthly financial reporting to the international headquarter.Handle banking, cash management, cash flow forecasts, and collaborate with the Corporate Treasury Manager to manage banking relationships.Financial planning including annual budgeting, monthly forecasting and analysisEnsure timely and accurate payroll management while assisting in fee quotes, project budgeting, internal control management, and audit processes to mitigate financial risks.Monitor financial metrics, identify trends, and offer proactive recommendations for optimisation, while fostering cross-functional collaboration and communication within the finance team.Key SkillsACCA / ACA / CIMA qualifications requiredMinimum of 10 years of professional accounting experience required.Experience of working for a global design studio working on international projects preferred.Excellent verbal and written skills, and strong reporting and presentation skills.Possess a "Hands On" working style and a comprehensive understanding of industry-specific financial regulations, compliance standards, and reporting requirementsExpertise in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, alongside exceptional leadership, communication, and adaptability in dynamic environments.
