Responsibilities will include developing relationships with key clients, the investment organization, internal and external business partners, and the broader Client Coverage Group (CCG) business. The ideal candidate will have a firm understanding of cash clients' investment objectives and needs against the backdrop of a changing rate environment and the current regulatory challenges facing the MMF industry. The successful individual will address these challenges by helping to define and lead innovative solutions and strategies for European and APAC liquidity investors and guiding the team to differentiate SSGA from the competitor solutions. • Champion an environment of teamwork and collaboration across the GCB, the rest of SSGA, and the Bank
  • Champion a consistent adoption of Salesforce as a key tool for measuring the success of our distribution effort and refine the Cash scorecards
  • Work with Portfolio Strategists to drive thought leadership
  • Define and drive our marketing strategy to grow brand presence in the various regions
  • Ensure that the EMEA and APAC Sales teams operates in compliance with internal and external regulations

  • Minimum of 10 years direct cash product sales and/or management experience with an asset manager, broker/dealer, or bank. Significant experience selling money market funds, custom cash separate accounts, and other short-term fixed-income investments in the EU and/or Asian market is strongly preferred.

  • Excellent problem-solving capabilities
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Outstanding sales presentation skills
  • Proven record of intellectual curiosity, i.e. a demonstrated ability to learn and adapt knowledge base
