Ridgeway and co are partnering with a leading commercial contractor in their search for an Assistant site manager located in Cambridge paying up to 65,000 per annum.
They are seeking a Site Manager with strong, versatile skills to initially oversee fa ade works and later manage units envelope works. Your daily responsibilities will include ensuring the project stays on schedule and within the program, attending and leading meetings with specialist subcontractors, and reporting progress to senior management.
Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring health and safety regulations are consistently followed and will handle other project packages as the work advances.
Requirements include:
- Experience managing commercial projects.
- Minimum of 5 years' involvement in Commercial projects.
- Strong communication skills.
- Desire for a permanent role.
- Hands-on approach to project management.
- Excellent organisational and team management abilities.
- Proficiency in computer skills.
