Beaconsfield High School wishes to appoint an inspirational and dynamic Assistant Headteacher who will work with colleagues on the academic side of the SLT (rather than the pastoral side). We are looking for a candidate who has a track record of positive impact on the people and systems around them. While we welcome applications from all, we are particularly interested in hearing from those who teach Science, Maths or English.

The exact nature of the role and responsibilities will be confirmed with the successful candidate, according to their experience and expertise. The role will sit on the academic side of the Senior Leadership Team, and may include responsibilities such as Assessment and Reporting, Learning and Teaching, Digital Strategy, Student Progress, Curriculum Development, Professional Development. You will play a key role in the leadership of our remarkable school, which prides itself as much on being happy as being successful.
