Corpus Christi College is seeking to appoint a full time Conference and Catering Coordinator to join our Conference and Catering Departments, providing a first-class experience to external and internal clients.

The successful candidate will have experience in conference administration and good IT skills within a service-based culture, emphasising constant improvement and is willing to learn.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Previous catering and conference experience with a good understanding of food allergies and delivery requirements with the experience on how to deliver this in a busy operational environment.
  • Excellent administration and organisational skills with great attention to details to manage large volume of email correspondence and convey information effectively.
  • Proficient use of Microsoft packages and Kinetics would be desirable.
  • Ability to work independently, use initiative and be proactive.

The postholder will be responsible for:

  • Supporting the Conference and Events Manager and the Senior Catering and Events Coordinator with administrative work.
  • Ensure good flow of information and close communication to wider College departments to provide excellent service delivery.
  • Support the arrival of summer schools, welcoming groups and support events in person if required to build strong working relationships with repeat clients and businesses.
