We are VFX Financial, specialists with deep expertise in foreign exchange solutions for both global corporations, funds and individuals. At VFX Financial, our core mission is to deliver a user-friendly and strategic approach to currency management, addressing needs that go beyond the capabilities of traditional banks.

As a long-standing FCA regulated FX brokerage with over 15 years of servicing clients, we have recently had a significant investment from two previous directors of an FX firm valued at over £800 million. Following the change in management the business is undergoing a period of rapid change with a focus on hiring top talent across all departments.

What will you do...

Maintain and enhance existing spreadsheets, macros, Power BI reports, and data models.Design and develop complex spreadsheets and reports to meet evolving business needs.Automate reporting processes and create interactive dashboards for different stakeholders.Produce internal reporting for daily and weekly performance management updates.Conduct trend analysis and respond to ad-hoc information requests as necessary.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to discuss and capture user journeys and business requirements for new and updated products.Design and manage technical tickets for developers, ensuring comprehensive details are provided for efficient implementation, including problem statements, business context, and acceptance criteria.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business objectives with technical solutions.Requirements

What should you have?

Availability to work in an office-based role.Proficiency in Excel, including complex formulaeIntermediate VBA skills.Basic SQL query writing and data extraction skills.Experience with Microsoft Power BI or similar tools.Strong visualization and presentation skills.Analytical mindset with a passion for data and solution-oriented thinking.Methodical approach with a keen attention to detail.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.Inquisitive mindset with strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.2 to 3 years of experience in a business analyst role, including requirements gathering and business process analysisFamiliarity with project management principles and tools.Experience with Atlassian products, including Jira and Confluence.Background in FX/financial services/fintech industry.Degree educated with a relevant numerical degree (Mathematics, Economics, Finance, Computer Science).Benefits
