Description:

A Tier 1 Global Bank is looking for a Senior BA with Project Management experience is required to work on the DAO Transformation ILM (Information Lifecycle Management) Programme. This Programme is looking to deliver benefits (financial, risk reduction and a reduction in the Bank's carbon footprint) via identification and subsequent remediation of over-retained information across multiple areas / repositories (including cloud, physical records, personal drives and email archive / electronic messaging applications).

This Programme and its' associated Projects are Global in nature and deliver benefits to multiple regions, jurisdictions, businesses and functions. The role requires an experienced Business Analyst who can also support the analysis, wider stakeholder engagement and project management receptibilities that the team have. They will work closely with the Programme Manager, Senior Project Manager, PMO and the wider team of BA's, initially for the remainder of 2023 although the programme is a multi-year initiative. Strong stakeholder management, pro-activity, drive and attention to detail are key requirements for the successful candidate.

Skills:

Minimum of 5 years' experience of change delivery as Business Analyst

Strong stakeholder management

Intermediate to advanced Excel

Experience of managing plans in MSP

Experience of process improvement / mapping (to level 4) and preferably of MS Visio

Experience of Agile delivery

Experience of Waterfall delivery

Experience of eliciting requirements via facilitation of workshops and interviews

Experience of creating and managing BRD's

Experience of creating and managing RTM's

Experience of task managing Business Analysts

Experience of working with 3rd Party Suppliers
