Role Overview:
Cooper Lomaz are working with a well established sheet metal company are seeking a reliable, innovative machinist to set and run presses to produce both cosmetic and non- cosmetic pressings to an agreed quality standard and component drawing, utilising machinery, and equipment as effectively and efficiently as possible.
You will need good understanding of Sheet Metal processes.Role Responsibilities:
Produce good quality components to the required hourly rateAbility to read, interpret and work from engineering drawingsRun, bend and forming operations using standard and custom punchesUse a CNC controller to input information into machine.
Required Skills:
Press Brake operator/setter/programmerExperienced in programming and running the following Press-Brakes, Amada & Durma.
Ability to read and interpret drawings and use your experience to advise on the best way possible to manufacture the product for the internal customer.
Salary & Benefits:
£14-£18/h- Depending on experience
Shift Pattern:
Mon-Thur 7-4pm Fri 7-1pm40 hour weekOT available
