What can you expect?

To administer Multinational insurance programmes, working alongside the Client Executive, Client Advisor, Insurers and potentially client Risk Managers.

We will count on you to:

  • Liaise with multinational clients and insurers to ensure global programs are issued, paid and all documents uploaded to the Marsh Network Workflow Management Tool
  • Provide a wide range of administration functions across several client accounts
  • Coordinate the set-up of all new clients on the Marsh Network Workflow Management Tool
  • Assist with responding to day-to-day Multinational client insurance and risk queries with support from the Multinational Advisory Practice Team
  • Track local policy issuance and premium payments and ensure all regulatory payment deadlines are adhered to
  • Maintain up to date contact listing – client and local broker as required
  • Coordinate the issuance of Network policy instructions via the Marsh Network Workflow Management Tool

What you need to have:

  • Proven experience of working within an administration function
  • A desire to learn and develop a career within the insurance industry
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A proactive attitude and a desire to become involved within a wide range of responsibilities
  • A desire to work with multinational clients
  • Good numeracy ability
