Repairs Surveyor

I am looking for a Repairs Surveyor to join a supported housing provider on a 2 month contract. The Repairs Surveyor will be responsible for day to day repairs surveys across numerous schemes.This role does require travel between sites.

What is required for the role:
  • Experience carrying out repairs surveys
  • Experience working in Social Housing, Care Schemes or Sheltered accommodations
  • Experience obtaining quotes from multiple contractors
  • HND/HNC or equivalent
