The Solutions Consultant / Business Analyst will play a crucial role in analyzing client processes and identifying how the technologies can be most effectively deployed to meet their needs.

This position is ideal for a highly analytical individual with outstanding communication skills, who thrives on building relationships and presenting strategic solutions across organizational levels.


What You ́ll Do:

  • Conduct indepth analysis of client business processes to identify opportunities for technology implementation.
  • Work closely with the sales team to develop and present custom solutions to clients, demonstrating how our technology can address their specific challenges.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing ongoing support.
  • Collaborate with product development teams to relay client feedback and contribute to the enhancement of our technology offerings.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to clients and stakeholders, clearly communicating the value proposition of our solutions.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and competitive offerings to continuously refine and improve our solution strategies.
  • Driving Sales

What it Takes:

  • Bachelor's or Masters Degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field. Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills, with the ability to analyze complex processes and data.(Strong STEM Degree)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of crafting and delivering clear, persuasive presentations.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Selfmotivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Experience in a fintech environment or with financial software solutions is nice to have
  • Understanding of sales processes and strategies in a technologyoriented environment.
  • Prior experience in a consulting role, especially within a management consultancy or technology consultancy would add value
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales automation tools.
  • A proactive attitude towards learning and adopting new technologies and methodologies.
