Our client, a prominent player in the their sector, is experiencing significant growth and transformation. They are seeking a dedicated Accounts Assistant to manage their complex financial transactions and support their expanding operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accounts Payable & Receivable: Handle both accounts payable and receivable functions, including self-billing for purchases.
- Client Relationships: Manage financial dealings with clients and oversee transactions in environments with substantial cash handling.
- Payment Processing: Perform extensive proforma payments, generate and amend proforma invoices based on volume and weights, and handle daily payment meetings.
- Reconciliation: Conduct thorough reconciliation of payments, generate statements via Excel, and manage remittances and related paperwork.
- System Management: Act as the accounts payable for yards without their own systems, ensuring accurate self-billing and payment reconciliation.
Ideal Candidate:
- Experience: Demonstrated experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial reconciliation.
