We're looking for a Finance assistant to join our vibrant and dynamic Finance team.

We are seeking a Finance Assistant to assist the Assistant Director of Finance in the pre-opening phase, in the determination of optimum control objectives and for the installation and maintenance of appropriate internal control systems over income, expenditure, assets and liabilities within the hotel and residences.

As a Finance Assistant at Mandarin Oriental Mayfair, you will be responsible for:
  • Prepare, reconcile and distribute the daily and monthly revenue reports and statistics
  • Reconcile all cash, card and gift card transactions and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
  • Review and process travel agent commission claims on a weekly basis and resolve any queries in a timely manner
  • Review and issue invoices on a daily basis ensuring charges are accurate per the back up
  • Post supplier invoices ensuring accuracy to the relevant GL and reconcile supplier statements
  • Prepare month end journals and reports
