Job Description
Join our global Inbound licensing team to help us bring the LEGO experience to life, through the integration of our portfolio with some of the most well-loved IPs and brands in the world

Core Responsibilities
- Uphold our partner promise in expertly leading the relationships of key in bound licensing partners, ensuring excellence in collaboration across all touch points they have across the business. Expertly network internally and externally with partners, securing best in class relationships and collaboration.
- Utilise your commercial expertise in order to effectively leverage partnerships in order to contribute to the strategic agenda, ranging from enabling optimal portfolio development through to marketing execution. Be able to apply your commercial and marketing knowledge to secure opportunities across our partners extensive ecosystems, enabling a direction connection with fans.
- Excellent negotiation skill and contract proficiency, in order to secure best in class terms and mutual value creation, together with overseeing the execution of contracts in partnership with a broad stakeholder network. Highly numerate and confident carrying complex deals through to completion.
- Have your finger on the pulse on where it comes to IPs, brands, culture and relevancy. Be able to confidently advise the business on relevant IP choices and direction. An ability to balance insights and data, with gut and instinct. Blended with a strong understanding of the global markets and consumer targets.
- A creative problem solver, with the ability to jump into a broad variety of challenges, engaging partners and navigating complexity to find solutions driving mutual value for the LEGO brand and the IP partner. No two days are the same.
- Play a lead role in setting and delivering the partnership strategy and road map in your given category. Utilise your thorough understanding of the industry, blended with your future vision, ability to analyse data and know the customer to set the vision.

The Inbound Licensing team bring a range of exciting brands and IPs into the LEGO portfolio, in order to further enhance the reach and relevancy of the LEGO Brand with diversity of consumers globally. We pride ourselves in nurturing best in class relationships with our brand partners.

- Relevant professional in similar role within toy and/or licensing industry
- Specific experience in a global role working with gaming IPs
- Capacity to balance a diverse role, high level of multi-tasking
- Highly innovative and not afraid to challenge the status quo
- Excellent negotiation skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- High level of attention to detail
