Are you a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse seeking a leadership position in a Clinical Research project in East Yorkshire?

We're delighted to unveil an exceptional opportunity for a dedicated Nurse at GP World. We are seeking experienced Registered General Nurses (RGNs) at Band 6 level or above to join our team in a Clinical Research Nurse role on a locum contract basis in East Yorkshire. An immediate start waits for this locum role, adding to the allure of this promising opportunity.

Phlebotomy Competency and Lead Experience are key assets, along with your ability to oversee Healthcare Support Workers and efficiently approve timesheets. Ensuring excellence in care delivery and meeting governance targets are non-negotiables, as we strive to provide seamless services to our patients. Additionally, you'll be expected to handle supernumerary duties, manage staff attendance, and report directly to the Chief Nurse. As the first point of operational escalation, you'll play a crucial role in reviewing health metrics and managing scheduling to maintain optimal workflow. Our online portal streamlines diary management, allowing for proactive updates to availability.

Requirements

  • NMC Registration
  • Right to work in the UK
  • Registered General Nurse (RGN) with Band 6 or above qualification.
  • Phlebotomy competency is compulsory.
  • Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role is required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality care.
