What makes this a great opportunity?

Reporting to the Laphroaig Visitor Centre Manager, the administrator will have responsibilities within the Laphroaig Visitor Centre that includes the promotion of Suntory Global Spirits brands and the delivery a world class customer experience to all our guests.

Based at Laphroaig Visitor Centre, this post will involve being responsible for administration duties required for the operation of the Laphroaig Visitor Centre, as well as supporting the front-facing customer environment.

Role Responsibilities
  • Daily banking and reconciliation, including weekly reporting to finance and updating the weekly banking spreadsheet
  • Monitor levels of stock and order accordingly and updating SAP
  • Correspond with internal and external customers and suppliers
  • Generation and management of PR's, PO's, including receipting, in SAP
  • Administrative duties including responding to customer emails within AnyRoad and Laphroaig Contact form
  • Assist with managing AnyRoad tour/tasting booking system chasing any outstanding payments
  • Work closely with the Laphroaig Visitor Centre Manager and the Laphroaig Visitor Centre Assistant Manager to define annual goals/objectives
  • Assist with the stock take process and ensure month end procedures are completed as required within the specified timeframe
  • Ensure H&S checks are completed as scheduled
  • Attend team meetings and lead team projects where required
  • Arrange courier deliveries to and from the Visitor Centre with the local courier services
  • Provide administration support to team members and support teams including the Laphroaig Brand Teams
Key Skills and Competencies
  • Drive and passion for delivering excellent customer service and experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a ''can do'' attitude
  • Have good listening and questioning skills.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent oral and written skills with the ability to deliver presentations to wide and varied audiences
  • Proven ability to work on own initiative and to build and maintain excellent relationships with key stakeholders
  • Strong drive and desire to succeed with high levels of energy, focus and ambition
  • Ability to multi-task in a demanding environment
Qualifications
  • Experience in presenting to a wide range of audiences
  • An in-depth knowledge of Suntory Global Spirits brands and the company values
  • Possessing the ability to educate and inspire through storytelling
  • Current Driving License
  • Previous experience within the hospitality, retail and/or tourism sector is desirable
