We're in search of a full-time Social Worker (37 hours) with experience in:

  • Undertaking Special Guardian and Connected Person's Assessments
  • Fostering Form F Assessments
  • Private Fostering Assessments

If you have strong assessment skills and a willingness to learn, we're ready to support you in achieving these qualifications.

The vacancy is within the Cambridgeshire and Peterborough Fostering Recruitment and Assessment Teams, based at Scott House in Huntingdon.

We seek a qualified, experienced, and registered social worker with outstanding assessment and critical analysis skills, as well as court experience and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

You'll conduct Special Guardian and Connected Person's assessments, support plans, supervise temporary connected person's foster carers, and carry out Fostering Form F assessments. Additionally, you'll handle Private Fostering Assessments and Regulation 8 visits, joining a knowledgeable and supportive team.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Social Worker with Social Work England registration
  • Ability to work from various locations independently
