The Benefits:
Generous Salary: £25,000 to £40,000, depending on experienceAnnual Leave: 5 weeks plus 5 public holidays
Working Hours: 8:30am to 5pm, Monday to Friday (37.5 hours/week)
Remote Working: Only 1 day required in the office per week

The Role and day to day:
As a Family Paralegal/Administrator, you will support the firm's busy family law department, which has seen significant growth. Your role will include:
Typing letters and documentsEffectively using the case management system to produce legal documents and letters
Liaising with clients and potential clients
Managing diaries
Preparing fee notes
Opening client files
Drafting court documents
Providing general administrative support
Offering holiday cover
Handling telephone and email correspondence
The Essentials:
As the ideal candidate, you will be a bright, enthusiastic and cheerful individual who thrives in a collaborative environment and will:
Enjoy building good rapport with clients and colleaguesHave existing family law experience and knowledge of sheriff court or court of session procedures
Be eager to learn and grow within a hardworking, hands-on team
