About the Role:
As a Senior/Principal Associate, you'll be:
A part of a dedicated team specializing in sports, and media disputes. You'll handle a diverse caseload, including contractual disputes, intellectual property matters, regulatory issues, and defamation claims. This role offers exposure to high-profile clients and complex, precedent-setting cases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a varied caseload of disputes within the sports, media, and entertainment sectors.
- Provide expert legal advice and representation to clients, including sports clubs, media companies, and celebrities.
- Handle all aspects of dispute resolution, from initial case assessment to trial advocacy.
- Collaborate with colleagues across the firm to deliver integrated legal solutions.
- Stay updated on legal developments and industry trends within the sports, media, and entertainment sectors.
About You:
- Qualified solicitor with significant PQE in dispute resolution, ideally within the sports, media, or entertainment sectors.
- Strong litigation skills, with a track record of success in handling complex disputes.
- Excellent communication and advocacy skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
- Commercial acumen and a proactive, solution-focused approach to legal challenges.
- Team player with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
