PA to the Headmaster
Millfield School is seeking a dedicated Personal Assistant to support our Headmaster.
This is a pivotal role within the school, providing professional and confidential administrative support to the Headmaster whilst ensuring the efficient and effective running of the Head's office and daily business. This position provides a key contact point for the school and must represent Millfield and the Headmaster's office appropriately. This is a busy and, at times, demanding role, and so the ability to remain calm and professional when under pressure is essential.
This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can manage multiple tasks, prioritise effectively, and work collaboratively as part of a wider PA team to support the school's Senior Leadership Team.
The role is advertised as a full-time position; however, for the right candidate, a term-time-plus role may be considered. The core hours for the role are Monday to Friday, 8.30am – 5.00pm; however, there will be a need for flexibility due to the operational hours of the school and the demands of the position.
The salary will start from £37,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
