Provide high-quality complex care to clients in their homes or within a healthcare facility.

Administer medications and monitor vital signs under the supervision of healthcare professionals.
Implement and follow individual care plans to meet the specific needs of each client.

Essential Competencies:
Experience in Complex Care: Demonstrated experience in providing complex care to individuals with various medical conditions.
Compassion and Empathy: A genuine desire to help others and the ability to connect with clients on a personal level.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients, families, and the healthcare team.

NVQ Level 2/3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent.
