We are currently working with an industry leading radio solutions company based in Cambridge, looking to bring an RF Team Lead into their organisation.

In this position as an RF Team Lead, you will have direct line management over a team of experienced and junior engineers whilst also providing technical support and making key decisionson projects to benefit the entire electronics department.

On a day to day basis you will support the team with planning and prioritising activities as well as mentoring engineers through technical problems and assisting in finding solutions.

In addition to this, you will be expected to hold meetings with stakeholders and report progress and any issues with ongoing projects.

Other tasks include general management tasks for both your immediate team and the entire organisation, ensuring you are getting the most out of your team and resources.

Experience and Skills needed to succeed as an RF Team LeadBackground in RF design and electronic product developmentExperience of technical leadership of small teamsFamiliarity with discrete radio design at VHF and UHFGood awareness of regulatory requirements for radio productsExperience with LTE, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, GNSS or TETRA (Desired)Experience of Antenna Design (Desired)If you would like to hear more about this position as an RF Team Lead, please contact Zac Taylor.
