As the team manager, you'll be reporting directly to the retail operations manager and be responsible for planning and overseeing retail operations, ensuring your team stays motivated to meet key deadlines.
The ideal candidate should have experience leading a large team in high-energy, high-traffic, high sales revenue environments. Someone from a large, fast fashion environment would be ideal. The role requires a flexible approach to hours as the operating hours can include late shifts. This role also involves collaborating on external projects to drive sales and increase brand visibility.
The salary for this position is up to £45,000, along with additional exclusive benefits including a bonus, working a 5 in 7 working week.
