Key Responsibilities
  • Stock Management: Oversee the receipt, storage, and organization of stock in the store stockroom, ensuring accurate inventory levels and efficient stock rotation.
  • Order Fulfillment: Process customer orders, pack, and dispatch products in a timely and accurate manner, meeting customer expectations.
  • Inventory Control: Conduct regular stock takes, identify discrepancies, and implement corrective actions to maintain accurate inventory levels.
  • Supply Chain Coordination: Collaborate with suppliers, logistics teams, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth inventory management and timely deliveries.
Requirements
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Effective communication with colleagues, suppliers, and customers to ensure seamless inventory management and order fulfillment.
  • Attention to Detail: Maintain accurate inventory levels, process orders accurately, and identify discrepancies to ensure efficient inventory management.
  • Organizational Skills: Prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines to ensure timely order fulfillment and inventory management.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with inventory management systems (ERP/WMS/Web platform) is advantageous.
