Job Description

Reporting to the Global VP of Sales based in Europe, the Regional Sales Director will be responsible for:

Develops a commercial strategy and annual sales plan for the regional market that meets and exceed company sales goals and profitability objectives.Manage both the direct sales team and agents on business goals by implementing effective KPI's, metrics and processes that optimize sales team performance & pipeline management. Provides comprehensive monthly analysis and reporting of regional sales performance vs quarterly & annual budget with appropriate action plans to meet and exceed deliverables.Responsible for the recruitment, training, performance management, and coaching & development of a high-quality Sales & Support organization.Ensure sales & service organization develops, maintains and improves business relations with all customers of the Company.Seeks out and targets new customers and new sales opportunities, initiates action plan to approach and secure new business for the Company.Initiates and coordinates development of market development plans to penetrate new markets.Provides regional leadership on go to market plans for new products.Works closely with the Marketing Department and assists in the development and implementation of marketing plans.Provides timely feedback to senior management regarding market performance and competitive situations. The ideal candidate will have the following:

15+ years of regional leadership experience within an MNC organisation Extensive experience in the B2B sales sector selling into a diverse set of industrial/manufacturing customersExperience in regional P/L and/or revenue managementA proven track-record developing and implementing a effective regional growth strategy Well developed leadership skills and the ability to promote, develop and attract talentMandarin language skills are highly preferred What's on Offer
