A legal 500 commercial practice is looking to recruit an additional lawyer to their commercial team in Leicester.
The commercial team at this firm advised a range of sectors including the leisure and hospitality sector, retail, logistics and financial services sectors.
The work the team undertakes is varied and may include things such as:-
Conditions of sale and purchase for goods and servicesExclusivity agreementsR&D agreementsDigital and e-commerce trading termsFranchising agreementsFramework agreementsHospitality and catering contractsSponsorship agreementsManaged service contractsSupply agreementsOutsourcing arrangementsProcurement contractsThe successful candidate will be able to demonstrate at least 2 years experience in dealing with commercial matters such as those listed above.
