Hoop Social Worker are looking to appoint a locum to fulfil a contract for 3 months (possibility of extension) working in a fast paced community team in the North of Bristol on duty, mainly completing S42 Enquiries and urgent visits that may require a high priority Care Act assessment and/or a Mental Capacity assessment due to high risk of harm due to neglect or self-neglect. Pay rate for this role is £25.59 PAYE or £32 Umbrella company.
To be considered for this role you will need to have at least 2 years experience minimum in a Community team, completing S42 Enquiries and Care Act/Mental Capacity Act assessments. You will have the ability to make proportionate, person-centred, reasoned and informed decisions based on risk information. The geographical area for this role covers all of North and West Bristol so a car driver is essential.

A relevant Social Work QualificationSocial Work England registration
Access to a car and a valid driving licence as well as business insurance
Enhanced DBS registered on the update service or be happy to apply for a DBS
3 Years of referencing
