About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Social Worker to join our team in Bristol's Adult Services. As a Social Worker, you will play a vital role in assessing the needs of citizens and carers, planning, implementing, reviewing, and evaluating outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assessing the needs of citizens and carers, and developing support plans to meet their unique circumstances and priorities.
  • Championing the principles of choice and control, supporting individuals to make their own decisions and take control of their lives.
  • Working collaboratively with individuals, families, and communities to develop and review support plans and provision.
  • Enabling the creative use of resources, including assistive technology, to provide Social Care that is always fit for the future.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to be a registered Social Worker with Social Work England, and have a Social Work or relevant SWE qualification. You will also need to be highly motivated, with lots of initiative, and demonstrate the ability to adapt your interventions in response to all kinds of people and situations.
