We are now recruiting for Multi Skilled Engineer to join us. Reporting to the Engineering Manager - BPEC this role will be responsible for ensuring overall performance of the production line/area whilst adhering to all Health, Safety, Quality and Environmental requirements.

Do you have?

Understanding of 'right first time' principles. Candidates will be qualified to a minimum NVQ Level 3 and possess a HNC (both in a relevant Engineering discipline), or equivalent. Ideally, they will be multi-disciplined with a time served apprenticeship background in a manufacturing engineering environment. A General Certificate in Brewing and/or Packaging (or working towards the qualification) is desirable but not essential. Membership of a Professional Engineering Body strongly desirable, but not essential.

  • Knowledge and demonstration of the relevant Health, Safety & Environmental aspects.
  • Role model capable of engaging staff at all levels of the business.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to develop others through effective coaching/training.
  • Ambitious, driven, committed.
  • Have impact with an ability to challenge others.
  • Analytical coupled with practical skills.
  • IT literacy (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is essential. SAP knowledge desirable, but not essential.
  • Brewing/Food/Beverage/FMCG industry experience desirable, but not essential.
