Mixed Tax Manager

London based Accountancy Practice

£55,000 basic salary

London / Hybrid

Our client is a reputable accountancy practice based in Central London.

As part of a programme of growth they are now looking to appoint an experienced Mixed Tax Manager to join the well-established specialist tax team.

In this role you will run and manage the tax department to ensure all annual and periodic tax compliance work is completed and also oversee the work of three tax seniors.

You will also provide advisory services and work alongside the in-house tax consultant to ensure planning opportunities are identified and delivered for a portfolio of clients.

The role is approximately 65% personal tax and 35% corporation and other taxes and advisory work and you will be responsible for the general running of the tax department ensuring work is completed on time and deadlines are met.


You will be (ATT/CTA) qualified or QBE with significant tax experience gained within a UK professional services firm. You will be proficient in the provision of private/corporate tax compliance and planning/advisory work.

Your technical knowledge will include CGT, IHT, Estates & all business taxation aspects as well as non-resident, non-domicile and partnerships/LLP.
