This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced BREEAM assessor to join a growing independent sustainability consultancy.

The successful candidate will take the lead on numerous BREEAM projects and help mentor a team of aspiring BREEAM consultants.


Role responsibilities for a BREEAM Manager include:

  • Leading on multiple BREEAM projects from early design stages to project completions
  • Mentor the more junior members of the team and ensure their reports and assessments are met within deadlines
  • Carryout general Sustainability reports, as well as BREEAM assessments from project inception to certification
  • Identify new areas of business, as well as maintaining and building new client relationships

The ideal BREEAM Manager will have:

  • An educational background within an environmental science, sustainability, or engineering discipline
  • Over 3 years' experience as a BREEAM Consultant with ideally a BREEAM Assessor qualification such as BREEAM AP
  • Successful experience leading and delivering on BREEAM projects independently
  • Experience managing a team of more junior BREEAM Assessors would be beneficial
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
