The role will support our business units globally, meaning you will be supporting roles in the UK, Continental Europe and North America.

Stakeholder engagement is key in this role, and you will work closely with the business to really understand their needs and wants when it comes to Talent Acquisition.

You will be commercially, as well as strategically focused in your recruitment service, and we encourage you to come up with creative solutions, ideas, and improvements around attraction strategies.

This will be a real focus in the role, which means that you will ensure that all candidates are supported throughout the recruitment journey, whether they are successful or not.


Other key accountabilities will include:
Support and influence stakeholders in the sourcing and selection of candidates.

Working collaboratively with them to agree appropriate advertising, sourcing, and assessment approaches in alignment with the TA Centre of Excellence strategies, to attract and identify the best talent.

Use direct sourcing tools to attract talent, reducing our reliance on agencies, as well as reducing spend.
Provide expert recruitment insight using market intelligence, best practice standards and personal knowledge.
Manage third party relationships successfully.
Keep up to date with Employment Law and adhere to recruitment process, policy, and best practice.

Take accountability for creating and delivering appropriate recruitment strategies which are aligned to the global business lines you are supporting.

What will you bring to the role?A passion for people and service excellence is paramount to this role. You will be able to build relationships with stakeholders and candidates from the very beginning of the process.

You will have the ability to flex your approach to meet the needs of the people that you are working with, and will be solutions focused, ensuring that you are always looking at ways to improve.

If you have internal recruitment experience, that's a huge bonus We are also more than happy to speak to people coming from an agency that are looking to take that step into an in-house role.

Collaboration is key in this role.

Working with stakeholders across multiple locations and time zones happens often and therefore flexibility is required in order to collaborate successfully across different time zones.


Other key skills and experience required:

Proven experience of recruiting within EMEA.Extensive experience working within a full 360 recruitment role with a focus on Technology and/or Information SecurityProven experience of using direct sourcing strategies, particularly using social media.

Experience working with Application Tracking Systems (Oracle Fusion would be advantageous).Demonstratable experience in managing large-scale or complex recruitment campaigns.
Excellent experience in stakeholder management and relationship building.
