We are pleased to be working with an East Anglia based LPA, who are looking for an experienced Senior Planner to join their team on a contract basis.

This is a heavily pro-development authority, with plenty of exciting residential, commercial and industrial applications coming through.

The contract will run for an initial 6-months, though is very likely to be extended should both parties be happy to do so.

You will be working on a mixed caseload of applications, from complex minors up to mid-scale major applications.

As mentioned, the council are pro-development with plenty of investment being made, so this is an exciting time to be involved in a contract capacity.


The role is paying up to £47/h, with minimal office presence and site visits undertaken at the successful planners discretion.
