About the Role


We are seeking School Leavers to join our dynamic Leeds office with a mix of on-site and remote work.


XPS is a distinguished UK pensions specialist listed on the London Stock Exchange. Our comprehensive services cater to over a million pension scheme members, supported by a workforce of 1800 employees nationwide.


Your role as an Assistant Investment Analyst at XPS involves supporting Investment Consultants on various tasks, such as:

  • Monitoring and evaluating investment performance
  • Handling investment documentation and calculations
  • Assisting with investment system maintenance and updates
  • Participating in internal training sessions
  • Communicating with team members, other departments, and investment managers
  • Monitoring fund performance and reporting to clients
  • Conducting investment research
  • Supporting consultants in meeting client deadlines
  • Working collaboratively within a team environment to support consultants and gradually taking on more complex tasks

Your Profile


Successful candidates should possess strong numerical skills and a solid academic record, including at least three A-levels with a predicted grade B or above in a numerical subject.
