Working hours - Friday, Saturday, Sunday & Monday - 34 hours

What you'll do:
  • You will help define the scope of what is required for operational readiness for any TV projects/rollouts in the team.
  • You will be responsible for customer service and account management of Group TV customers through both inbound, outbound and e-mail communication.
  • You will drive revenue through upsell, new business and managing churn and retention.
  • You'll help identify and tackle problems, answer queries, understand customer needs and recommend Sky products that will build an outstanding customer experience.
