Position Summary:

1x Warehouse Chamber Lead (Days)

To assist in the overall picking and despatch of customers' orders through using voice technology that communicates with a warehouse management system. Working in a multi-temperature environment. Assist with Warehouse Shift Supervisor to ensure all operational activities are maintained within Company guidelines. Provide guidance to Warehouse Operatives on general day to day operational queries as they arise. Make sure the area of work is always in an audit ready state (Clean as you go). Help with team briefs.

Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:
  • To pick and pack orders
  • To work efficiently and effectively as part of a team
  • To keep work area clean and tidy
  • To maintain high levels of Health and Safety standards
  • To achieve the targets and job standards set out by management
  • Liaise with Shift Supervisor and / or Shift Manager on a daily basis, maintain awareness of operational activities
  • To be adaptable and flexible in your approach to work
  • To perform any reasonable request from Management
  • To work in a multi temperature environment
  • To check in and store all items correctly and securely to avoid damage
  • Actively involved in site Health & Safety team meetings and assist with activities as necessary
  • To ensure that stock rotation is completed on a daily basis
  • Ensure audit standards are kept within assigned area
  • Manage Quality Inspection Process in assigned area
  • Work with Warehouse Operatives and provide support on identified issues, escalating to Warehouse Shift Supervisor where required
  • To host Warehouse shift briefings when requested
