As a Program Manager within the Digital Transformation team, you will be pivotal in steering some of our transformation initiatives across various domains including showrooms, digital products, content development, and innovation.
In your role, you'll have the opportunity to oversee and coordinate several of these projects, primarily impacting our B2B sales experience while occasionally extending to other channels within the organization.
Your focus will be on integrating digital technologies, optimizing digital sales products and showroom experiences, and leading change management processes to ensure successful adoption and maximization of new digital strategies.
Your Mission- Oversee and manage the execution of digital transformation projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget
- Develop and manage project plans, ensuring clear timelines, milestones, and deliverables;
- Monitor the program progress and performance, tracking key metrics and milestones to ensure alignment with project goals and objectives;
- Collaborate on developing business cases for new initiatives;
- Coordinate across crossfunctional teams to execute projects efficiently and effectively;
- Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle to minimize disruptions and delays;
- Work closely with Product Managers and Engineering Managers to coordinate developments on our digital products, ensuring they align seamlessly with the
- Provide tactical guidance to stakeholders within the team to ensure they are all working effectively toward the program's objectives.
You are enthusiastic about change, firmly believing in Digital as a mean to enhance experiences and processes, both in terms of efficiency and creating a "wow" factor with:
- 8+ years of proven experience as a program manager or in a similar role, demonstrating successful delivery of digital transformation projects, ideally combining digital products with a physical experience;
- You're passionate about implementing digital transformation initiatives;
- You have the ability to translate business objectives into actionable project plans and initiatives;
- You have strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively inspire crossfunctional teams and drive collaboration towards common goals;
- You're results oriented with a continuous improvement mindset;
- You're proficient in project management methodologies;
- Experience in Retail or Sports driving innovative projects is a plus, but not required.
You will be joining the Digital Transformation Team and be part of Commercial Enablement, which is at the heart of how we do Sales at On: we are translators of the commercial strategy and seasonal GTM (Go-to-Market) plan into processes, tools, training and content for our customer facing teams.
