As a Technical Project Manager, you will be instrumental in overseeing the engineering workstream across various projects. Collaborating closely with Engineers & Developers, your primary responsibilities will involve planning, coordinating, and executing engineering tasks within an Agile framework.
This role is ideal for individuals with a Project Management background and a proven track record of working alongside Developers, preferably in squads. You will have the opportunity to be part of a supportive and collaborative team that values your expertise and gives you the autonomy to drive results for the business.
This hybrid role requires occasional presence in Swindon to facilitate in-person collaboration and communication.
Key responsibilities:- Planning and overseeing project deliverables for engineering workstreams
- Coordinating deliveries across multiple teams and releases
- Ensuring successful deployment of features to production
- Engaging with teams to plan future releases
- Facilitating a smooth transition to production and operations
- Providing detailed reports to project and engineering management
- Demonstrated experience in managing technical deliveries in Agile environments
- Familiarity with DevOps practices
- Proficiency in Java, Microservices, AWS or similar technologies
- Experience with Scaled Agile methodologies such as SAFe, Less, or Disciplined Agile
