All about the role
As our Data and Testing team member you will play a key role in delivering our global payroll transformation project and develop processes that ensure we can scale our solution into new markets quickly. You'll work closely with the Payroll Transformation Project Manager and the Synergy PMO Team to ensure the success of our Global Payroll Transformation Project and be able to manage pipeline projects and change by country in accordance with timelines.
In this role, you will also have the opportunity to:- Support with Data and Testing throughout the Global Payroll Transformation Project
- Assist with Data and Testing Workstream Plans
- Work alongside Data and Testing Workstream Resources
- Assist in Responsibility for Data Security, Accuracy, Integrity, Cleansing and Migration to the new vendor
- Assist with validation of data migrated to the new vendor
- Assist in all testing including SIT, Parallel Runs, End 2 End Testing and Scenario Testing, ensuring 100% acceptance before sign off
Here are the skills and experience we need from you:
- Experience delivering payroll transformation projects within large multi nationals
- Business Process improvement or re-engineering focus, ie, LEAN or Six Sigma with experience delivering standardisation and efficiency outcomes
- Operational Payroll experience within EMEA (Not essential but helpful)
- Significant experience of working to multiple statutory requirements and CBA's
- Highly experienced at working in a complex matrixed environment, across geographies and managing a range of stakeholders and collaborating to deliver shared outcomes
- Experience with key stakeholders relationships to improve and enhance operational effectiveness and the overall service delivery of the Payroll function for the business
- Experience working within an outsourced delivery model
- Problem Solving, Communications, Decision making skills essential
