We are looking for a diligent Sales Ledger Clerk to manage our sales ledger and ensure all financial transactions are accurate. This role involves liaising with clients, generating invoices, and maintaining financial records.

Description
Key responsibilities:
- Maintain and update the sales ledger regularly
- Generate and distribute invoices to clients
- Coordinate with other departments to resolve any discrepancies
- Liaise with clients to ensure prompt payment of invoices
- Produce monthly financial and management reports
- Contribute to the preparation of year-end accounts
- Assist with ad-hoc accounting duties as required
- Uphold company policies and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Profile
The successful candidate requires:
- Previous experience within a Sales Ledger role
- Proven experience working in a similar role within the Industrial/Manufacturing industry
- Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in accounting software
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- A proactive approach to problem-solving
