Our client is a well-established enterprise in the Property sector with a large workforce. They are a key player in their market, offering a range of services to a broad client base. Their headquarters is based in Leigh, where the team is known for its professional and collaborative approach.

Description

As a Credit Controller you will be responsible for:

  • Manage and chase outstanding invoices to improve cash flow
  • Prepare monthly financial statements, including cash-flow, profit and loss statements and balance sheets
  • Reconcile accounts and ensure all payments are accurate
  • Resolve customer queries relating to invoices
  • Contribute to the team's strategic planning and forecasting
  • Work closely with the sales team to implement credit control procedures
  • Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations
  • Assist in the continuous improvement of the credit control process

Profile

A successful Credit Controller should have:

  • A degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
