Practice Details:

  • Patient list size: 1388
  • Support staff including pharmacists, ANP, Dietician, and Palliative Care Nurses
  • EMIS Web and paper light system
  • High QOF Achievement
  • Excellent administrative support

Position Details:

  • 2 to 6 clinical sessions available
  • Flexible working arrangements
  • Mixture of telephone, video, and face-to-face appointments
