Roles and responsibilities of a teaching assistant:

  • Support class teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons
  • Work 1:1 with students or in small groups with students to enhance their learning experience
  • Assist in preparing teaching materials and classroom resources
  • Help manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment.
