About the role:

We are looking for someone to join our teams in Farnborough to support with a variety of Admin responsibilities, working closely with our Managing Director and teams across the business. You will act as a role model to others in the application of best practice, individual performance and professional conduct. You will be someone who thrives taking responsibility for driving your own learning and development, and champions our culture of continuous growth and improvement.

This is a part time role 25 hours a week- we are flexible about how this looks, so open to a conversation if you're shortlisted.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handles incoming calls and correspondence.
  • Arranges programs, events, or meetings; including booking facilities and caterers as needed and maintains office supply inventory and ordering of supplies
  • Supports the Managing Director to ensure Group services provisions and processes (HR, IT, Finance etc.) are effectively integrated into Fleet Education Services day to day running
  • Pulls together information and documentation for key meetings, keeps minutes and shares with participants
  • Follows up and ensures all office Health and Safety and fire regulations have appropriate individuals appointed
  • Adheres to and supports the MD with overall Health and Safety compliance
  • Supports managers with new joiner onboarding Process
  • Contributes to organisational efficiencies with aiding in various requests from operational departments
  • Develops recommendations for process changes and enhancements to improve efficiency
  • Assists Senior Management Team with administrative needs as requested
  • Ensures all areas of the business are carried out in line with Company policies, procedures, quality standards and values

About you:

A proactive problem solver, you will be details orientated with a solution based mindset and can do attitude. Ideally with experience within a similar administrative and/or customer service role, you will have exceptional organisational skills.
Communication is key, so it's essential that you are a confident communicator with a warm, friendly professional telephone manner as well as excellent written communication skills.
