Location: Stony Stratford, Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire

We are looking for part time, qualified Early Years Practitioners to join our Bright Horizons Stony Stratford nursery, which is located in Milton Keynes. The nursery is situated within the Stratford Office Village close to Wolverton Station. This role is for 15 hours per week (2 full days), working as a 1:1 support.

Our 93 place setting is Ofsted rated "Good" and offers training facilities, aswell as break away staff room on site, meaning there are lots of space to relax during breaks.

What we're looking for

  • Full and Relevant Level 2/3 or above Early Years qualification (essential)
  • Previous experience working with children (ideally as a Nursery Nurse, Nursery Practitioner, Early Years Educator, Early Years Practitioner, or similar)
  • Passion for making learning fun and engaging for each child
  • Ability to build trust and strong working relationships with both colleagues and parents
  • Ability to use a variety of communication techniques with both children and adults
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of Safeguarding, Child Protection, and the wider legislative requirements for working with children
