• Collaborate on ITIL4 Practices: Work with clients to align processes with ITIL4 standards.
• Client Reporting and Presentations: Deliver clear progress reports and engaging presentations.
• Subject Matter Expertise in SIEM: Provide expert recommendations for product enhancements.
• Incident Analysis and Escalation: Analyze SIEM outputs and escalate incidents promptly.
• Design Assurance: Support team members with Secure by Design principles.
• Technical Risk Communication: Translate technical risks into understandable formats.
• Mentorship: Guide junior team members for growth.
• Effective Communication: Engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Key Skills:

• Proven experience as an IT Change Analyst or Cyber Security Analyst.
• Proficient in implementing ITIL processes.
• Strong expertise in SIEM operations.
• Competent in Risk Management and NIST Cyber Security Controls.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and client-facing skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines consistently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Desirable Skills:

• Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP).
• Experience in Government or Ministry of Defence settings is advantageous.
