Location: Aberdeen

Hours of Work: 40 hrs - Monday - Friday

Reporting to the Freight Forwarding Supervisor and working in a fast-paced environment, you will be trained to arrange international freight and provide customs clearance services. Internal and External training will be provided to the successful candidate. Duties include:


•Assist with the coordination and preparation of international air, sea and road imports and exports.


•Prepare transport bookings.


•Assist with client invoicing and month end financial tasks.


•Present a positive image of the Company through first class service delivery and customer engagement, building effective relationships across the business.


•Continuously promote a pro-active HSSEQ culture, ensuring participation and compliance.

Minimum Competencies (Skills, Knowledge and Behaviours)


•Customer focused with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.


•Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with Clients and colleagues


•Ability to work stand-alone while contributing to the wider team.


•Maintains positive work relationships

Minimum Qualifications


•Competent in Microsoft Office


•Educated to GCSE level or equivalent

Desirable Qualifications/Competencies


•Full UK Driving Licence
