Responsibilities

As a Graduate Management Trainee, you'll be empowered to make business decisions that impact your career and the bottom line. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing new business and maintaining current relationships
  • Understanding cost control and reading your branch's P&L statement
  • Delivering exceptional customer service and learning how to effectively communicate with customers, vendors, and colleagues
  • Mentoring, training, developing, managing, and promoting staff
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A Bachelor's degree (or equivalent professional experience)
  • A full manual UK or EU driving license (accommodations available for applicants with disabilities)
  • No drug or alcohol-related offenses on your driving record within the last five years
