The Nevis Bank Inn & Browns Restaurant is looking for a customer focused Duty Manager. As part of the front of house team the ideal candidate will be committed to maintaining the high standards expected at a 4 star hotel. A varied role that will involve front of house and restaurant service, reception & problem solving and is ideally suited to someone looking to develop the essential skills required in hospitality.

The ideal candidate would have exceptional social skills. They would be able to think on their feet and have the ability to multi task and have good communication and time management skills. A keen interest in food and beverages is expected as a minimum and experience in the sector is preferred.

Working 5 out of 7 days, days off together and a mixture of shifts including earlies and lates.

28 days annual holiday that include Christmas and Boxing Day OFF

Salary will be discussed and dependant upon experience and ability.
