We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed Senior Curriculum Manager to be responsible for a range of Performing Arts and Music courses in our Creative and Digital Directorate. Reporting to the Group Curriculum Director for Creative, ICT & Digital, Senior Curriculum Managers are second tier managers within our Directorate structure. The core purpose of a Senior Curriculum Manager is to drive up standards and ensure an excellent student experience. You will have teaching responsibilities and will be expected to carry out line-management duties and classroom observations.

As part of your role, you will be responsible for leading our exciting new NCC Performing Arts Academy which was established this year. The Academy is a cross-campus collaboration where our Performing Arts students engage in workshops, trips and events with top industry professionals.

It is essential that candidates have a relevant degree or equivalent qualification, are teacher trained and would be desirable to have management, teaching and industry experience in this curriculum area.
